The Department of Assurance and Advisory to Financial Institutions has arranged a webinar titled “The Effect of COVID-19 on Compensation of Employees at Credit Institutions”.

Manager Maya Savitskaya explained how to apply the instructions issued by the Bank of Russia on the evaluation of the compensation system at credit institutions, which provide for new opportunities and introduce new requirements.

Project Manager Natalia Stepanova answered critical questions of many employers about compensation during non-working days. In addition, she spoke about electronic human resources document management, new reporting requirements and deadlines.
