FBK GT and the Association of Russian Banks have held a webinar titled “Bank of Russia Instruction No. 154-I: Best Practices of Independent Assessments”.
Maya Savitskaya and Oleg Titov, experts of the Department of Assurance and Advisory to Financial Institutions at FBK Grant Thornton, together with Ivan Rybenko, an official from the Bank of Russia, spoke about a number of important and controversial issues related to payroll system assessment at credit institutions.
“An effective system should, first of all, provide for financial solvency and encourage employees to make decisions that affect risk exposure reasonably,” Maya Savitskaya said. “I hope that the webinar we have conducted will help credit institutions to gain insight into regulations and apply their requirements correctly.”
