FBK is to automate CRISTANVAL documents circulation

Specialists of the FBK department of corporate management systems began implementing the project of the circulation of documents automation for CRISTANVAL Company on the basis of DIRECTUM SEDC.

In the process of implementing the first stage of the project the automation will cover the procedures of negotiation and approval of agreements (“Agreement approval” DIRECTUM block customer oriented for objectives and business processes), and the introduction of the modules of “Office”, “Conference and meeting management”, and “Subject tenders”.

According to Elena Solomatina, director of the department, the introduction of electronic document circulation systems allows clients to improve the efficiency of business by means of reducing the time for document retrieval and agreement, raising the “transparency” of automated processes, strengthening of executive discipline, workflow unification, and ensuring the regulation of processes.

“The practice of implementing the systems of document circulation management is an unambiguous sign that the installation of SEDC always produces an economic effect”, says E. Solomatina.
