FBK will prepare the plan of Gazprom PHG comprehensive development for 2014

FBK and Gazprom HPG made a contract for consulting services in accordance to which FBK experts are to develop a comprehensive development plan of Gazprom PHG in 2014.

Specialists of the FBK management consulting department under the leadership of Andrey Rekshinskiy, the department director, began the preparation of a comprehensive document which covers the description of the current production, organizational and financial status of Gazprom HPG, the development of key areas of the company’s development, target production and financial indicators for 2014.

FBK experts will also prepare an organizational plan of development – the analysis of current organizational structure and management scheme of the company and the plans of structural changes in 2014, and the financial plan – the forecast of rates, the budget of income and expenses and the budget of cash flow of the company.

According to Andrey Rekshinskiy that large scale project will not only allow optimizing the operation of Gazprom PHG in a short outlook but also lowering the operating and production costs, improve the economic efficiency of one of the world’s largest operators of the underground gasholders.
That will, in its turn, contribute to the implementation of the Government course of the natural monopolies’ cost reduction and optimization of their investment policies.
