CSR culture
FBK is more than just a company or just a business. Its corporate culture is based on social responsibility and philanthropy. The firm cares about Russian culture, helps people and engages in CSR initiatives to allow for its strategic development and promote its key ethical principles.
In August 2018, FBK became a participant of the UN Global Compact Local Network in Russia, which affirms its commitment to the UN Global Compact Principles and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This means that FBK’s strategy is aimed at integrating the firm in the global sustainability processes, extending the potential of Russian business and society in contributing to the global agenda, improving investment prospects and modernising the Russian economy. The firm actively participates in the work of the UN Global Compact Local Network. FBK's Partner Vladimir Skobarev was elected to the governing board at the general meeting of the UN Global Compact Local Network Association.
FBK provides funding for a scholarship named after Professor A.D. Sheremet, Honoured Scientist, Economist, for undergraduate students of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
The programme’s aim is to provide encouragement for students who have shown high academic results.
In order to apply for the scholarship, applicants should be third- or fourth-year students who specialise in accounting, analysis and audit and who have passed their previous exams with good and excellent marks. Both students and their professors can submit applications. Applicants are selected on a competitive basis - a special commission from the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Audit of MSU determines the best students and obtains FBK’s approval on the final list of applicants.

FBK takes part in a fundraising initiative under the motto "A Person's Life is No Trifle" organised by the Life Line Charity Foundation. As part of the initiative "Charity Instead of Souvenirs", we have also implemented a joint project to support children.
At FBK, it has become a tradition to hold annual charity days. Dobroseptember stands for the period of time when all employees of the firm help those in need. The project is going to be launched on 12 September, which is FBK’s birthday. All funds raised during the corporate social responsibility week will be used to support the Foundation’s different initiatives.
