Experience

Boris Yatsenko has over 15 years of experience in advisory and analytical services related to business valuation, valuation of intangible assets, valuation for purchase price allocation purposes, financial modelling, business planning and investment analysis. Previously, he worked for EY and LUKOIL.

Since 2014, Boris has regularly taken part in international and Russian arbitration procedures as an economic and industry expert.

Expertise: metal and mining, nuclear, oil and gas industries, ports and infrastructure, banks, insurance and finance companies.
