Elena Proskurnya
Co-chair of the Board of Directors of the FBK Group, First Vice President of FBK, LLC
Elena Proskurnya is responsible for making both strategic and operational decisions relevant for the firm.

She has supervised big engagement teams under projects implemented by international institutions (such as the World Bank).

Furthermore, she has a significant teaching experience at the Faculty of Economics of the Lomonosov Moscow State University and Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, and published over 50 research papers. In 2005, she was awarded with the Olympia National Prize for Public Recognition of Russian Women’s Achievements in the Manager of the Year category.

She is a Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Business and Entrepreneurship.

Awarded with the Certificate of Honour of the Russian Association of Chambers of Control and Accounts “for an invaluable contribution to the development of state financial control in Russia and outstanding professional achievements” (2009). Awarded with the Silver Medal of the Free Economic Society of Russia for her substantial contribution to social development, analysis, active involvement in socio-economic development of Russia and its regions (2011).

Awarded with the TIAW World of Difference 100 Award (2012).

Responsibilities

Elena Proskurnya is responsible for operational and strategic decisions, business expansion, quality improvement and corporate culture development. She also oversees social and charity projects implemented by FBK.
