Experience

Management of large-scale projects.
Supervision of over a hundred engagements related to audit under Russian accounting standards and International Financial Reporting Standards, accounting and tax advisory, conversion of financial statements in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards, financial and management advisory.
Strategic business development advisory for lending institutions, including selection of promising economic fields, service portfolio optimisation and competitor analysis.
Supervision of audit engagements commissioned by the IBRD for banks participating in the Financial Institutions Development Project.
Coordination of annual seminars and roundtables for banks offering the firm's insights into International Financial Reporting Standards and their application in banking practices.

Responsibilities
As Head of Assurance and Advisory for Financial Institutions, his remit spans the department’s day-to-day operations and the quality of provided services. Alexey played a key role in founding the firm's cybersecurity services practice for financial institutions and currently supervises it.
