Anastasia has provided audit and advisory services to financial institutions since 2008.

Qualification and expertise

Experience in audit and advisory for public interest entities (PIEs) in financial markets, including audit and reporting for company IPOs and bond placements in both the financial and non-financial sectors.

Experience

Supervising audits of financial statements of credit institutions prepared in accordance with Russian accounting standards (RAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards.
Supervising and participating in assignments assessing the financial position of credit and other financial institutions.
Supervising and participating in assignments for the transition to International Standards on Auditing (ISA) by credit and non-credit institutions.
Advisory on the application of new IFRS Accounting Standards, specifically IFRS 9 Financial Instruments, IFRS 15 Revenue from Contracts with Customers, IFRS 16 Leases, IFRS 17 Insurance Contracts, etc.
Advisory to non-credit financial institutions on transitioning to a unified chart of accounts.
Advisory on the preparation of financial statements in accordance with RAS, IFRS Accounting Standards, and US GAAP.

Anastasia has written a number of publications on IFRS Accounting Standards, accounting at credit and non-credit institutions, application of accounting and reporting standards, audit and advisory.

As a frequent public speaker, she holds ACCA and IFRS Professionals seminars and moderates various events and conferences, including IFRS and Management Accounting and CFO Forum.
