Igor has worked in valuation and transaction advisory since 2007.

Qualification and expertise

Experience
Management of major projects supporting M&A transactions, attracting financing, and strategic business management in:

financial modelling and business planning;
valuation of businesses, intangible assets, real estate and equipment;
analysis of financial and business operations.

Igor possesses extensive experience preparing expert reports for Russian and international arbitration proceedings (including ICDR, LCIA, SIAC, and ICAC at the RF CCI), with proven expertise in cross-examination and expert testimony.

Regularly contributes to and delivers M&A and business valuation training courses at the Higher School of Economics, Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), and other universities.

Key industries: mining, oil & gas, transportation & infrastructure.
