Victoria has impressive experience in supporting companies on corporate law matters, including support of complex / cross-border M&A transactions, creation of joint ventures, business restructuring, redomiciliation, reorganisation, as well as building corporate governance systems and development of long-term remuneration programmes for top managers. Victoria specialises in compliance, commercial and employment law and legal support of beneficiaries’ personal assets (family office).
Under Victoria’s leadership, for the first time in Russia, a survey on the operation of legal departments (the legal function benchmarking) was conducted. Moreover, Victoria has implemented more than 20 projects dealing with the assessment of efficiency and transformation of legal departments of major Russian and international companies.
