90 per cent of FBK outsourcing clients are continuously reaccepted

Business Processes Outsourcing arm of the firm has extended the tax filings (3-PIT form) services agreement into 2016 with Auchan Retail Russia, reaccepting a largest chain retailer client.

According to Polina Sungurova, FBK Partner, Director for Business Processes Outsourcing, continuous outsourcing clients provided with bookkeeping and monitoring outsourcing services account for more than 90 per cent of all outsourcing clientele.

“We’ve achieved excellent performance, and what’s more our continuous outsourcing clients include such giants as PJSC Rosseti, Rusnano and a number of companies within local and global holdings. We’ve now reaccepted Auchan. It is an evident trend, because the client could enjoy considerable costs saving (direct as well as indirect) when a number of functions are outsourced,” Polina Sungurova noted.

Auchan is one of Russia’s largest retailers, it operates chains of stores of a variety of formats, specialises in selling fast moving consumer goods, food stuffs and household goods.
