A FBK Legal partner gave a M&A workshop for MSU students

Alexander Ermolenko, a FBK Legal partner participated in a series of practical workshops Nachitka (the Readings) aimed for undergraduates and postgraduates, and young legal specialists. The workshops were held on the premises and under the auspices of the Law Department of the Lomonosov Moscow State University

Russian leading legal experts from largest local and global law firms, representatives of law unions, the Federation Council and the Federal Antimonopoly Service told the workshop's audience about the challenging issues of law, what professional expertise a lawyer must have, how to succeed in law, effective ways of law firm management.

Alexander Ermolenko dwelt on the key M&A structuring frameworks and business sales approaches implemented in Russia. He noted that «Nachitka» has brought together remarkably keen people. Such events facilitate professional improvement of a young generation of lawyers. I consider my participation in the event as extremely important».
