A FBK Legal partner participated in Siberian Law Week

Last week Novosibirsk hosted the Siberian Law Week event dedicated to various facets of business-government relations. A FBK Legal partner Alexander Ermolenko moderated the section Protection of Assets: Business Structuring and the panel discussion Protection of Business Owners’, Top Managers’ and Decision Makers’ Interests.

The FBK Legal partner spoke also on the issues of Business Rearrangement as a Means against Hostile Activities and Ways to Mitigating Corporate Risks, Corporate Agreement.
