A five-day trip around the Far East included about ten business meetings between the delegation members and representatives from professional non-governmental organisations and law chambers, the region’s law firms. The delegation also gave a public presentation for the staff and the students of the Far Eastern Federal University.
“The trip enabled to determine venues for the development of relationship with the farthest eastern regions of Russia. We are committed to expanding business cooperation, participating in joint projects, fostering implementation of projects aimed to encourage the development of the Far East, specifically, projects of the Russia-China Economic Partnership,” noted Alexander Ermolenko.
He also noted that the trip aimed, among other things, to establish business ties with the Far Eastern partners and the region’s academic society.
