Deputy Head of the Financial Advisory Department Alexander Sotov has become a winner of the Ninth All-Russian Golden Fund Book Awards. The judges recognised his Investigation of Misconduct in Office, a manual published by Knorus.
The book explains how to detect misconduct, which tactics to apply during specific investigative procedures, and which technical means to use to make investigation more efficient. Certain chapters are dedicated to investigation methods for the most common offences, such as bribery, graft, embezzlement, misappropriation, and abuse of power in for-profits.
