FBK and FBK Legal will advise Gazprom sub-units on transfer pricing

Specialists of FBK Department for Financial Consulting and the lawyers of FBK Legal began the implementation of the projects on transfer pricing for Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk and Purgaz.
The clients will get advice on the relevant issues of the dependent business-subject pricing with the view to ensure the TP legal requirements.

Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk is a 100% Gazprom associated company, one of the corporation’s largest gas producing enterprises. It carries out gas recovery and treatment in the own licensed fields: Vyngapurovsky, Komsomolsky, Zapadno-Tarkosalinsky, Vyngayakhinsky, Ety-Purovsky fields, as well as renders the services of gas production and treatment at the Gubkinsky and Muravlenkovsky fields.

Purgaz is a joint venture the founders and major investors of which are TEK Itera-Rus of the Itera Group of companies and Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk. It was founded in 1998 to implement the project of Senomansky gas pool industrial development at Gubkinsky oil-gas condensate field with the reserves of gas of about 400 bln m3.
