FBK Appointed as Auditor of Gazprom Neft

The annual general meeting of shareholders of Gazprom Neft has appointed FBK Grant Thornton as the auditor of Gazprom Neft’s financial statements prepared in accordance with Russian accounting standards and the Gazprom Neft Group’s consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS for the year ending 31 December 2019.
