FBK Approved as Auditor by Gazprom Shareholders

FBK Managing Partners Sergey Shapiguzov and Elena Proskurnya have participated in Gazprom’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which involved approval of the company’s financial statements and auditor. 

This year FBK has won an annual open tender to audit the statutory financial statements of PJSC Gazprom, the consolidated accounting reports of Gazprom Group and the IFRS consolidated financial statements of Gazprom Group for the fourth time.

“The approval of FBK as Gazprom auditor confirms our impeccable reputation, demonstrates our leadership in the audit market and results from successful cooperation in the past,” said Sergey Shapiguzov.

FBK has cooperated with Gazprom since 1996 and provided audit services to the largest entities of the group. Since 2015 FBK has won annual open tenders to audit the statutory financial statements of PJSC Gazprom, the consolidated accounting reports of Gazprom Group and the IFRS consolidated financial statements of Gazprom Group.
