FBK at All-Russian Business Forum on Non-Core Asset Management

FBK Legal’s Partner Alexander Ermolenko has moderated a session at the All-Russian business forum titled “Management Practices for Distressed and Non-Core Assets” arranged by the event planning agency Sobytiye. The panel discussion was dedicated, among other things, to new regulatory requirements to corporate operations.

“On the one hand, laws require that companies dispose of non-core assets, on the other hand, nobody wants to sell them at rock bottom prices. And for businesses they become a real problem,” FBK Legal’s Partner said.

At the forum public officials, specialist of top Russian and foreign banks and leading analysts discussed relevant legal mechanisms and working practices to find the right time for the sale, make a non-core asset more attractive for investors and sell it at a fair price.
