FBK at Business Risk Management Forum

Alexander Sotov, Head of Financial Investigation Practice at FBK, has taken part in the Seventh All-Russian Forum titled “Integrated Security and Business Risk Management”.

In his speech he mentioned protection from illegal takeover of business. Using real examples he described modern corporate raid schemes and the methods to prevent them.

“Currently protection against illegal takeover is still relevant and handling of this problem requires not only legal skills, but also the knowledge in financial intelligence, economics, criminal investigation and asset security,” Alexander Sotov said. 

The Integrated Security and Business Risk Management Forum is a platform for discussion of relevant issues related to integrated security and search for effective solutions to prevent potential risks which a company may face.
