FBK at the ‘Career Days’ at the Plekhanov REU and Financial University

The members of FBK Personnel Service took part in the ‘Career Day’ at the Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov and in the ‘Career’ Forum at the Financial University under Government of the Russian Federation.
‘The Career Days” is a traditional event for these leading Russian higher economic schools, the place for representatives of a potential employer to meet with a specialist at the very beginning of the career and interested in collaboration with the market leaders.
According to Sergey Kostakov, the head of FBK Personnel Service, the meetings like the ‘Career Days’ are mutually beneficial as the students have an opportunity to learn more about their potential employer and the company finds employees.
It is a tradition for FBK to participate in such meetings. The best students and those engaged on a degree thesis out of the applicants will be invited for probation.

Our practice convinced us that the trainees from these higher schools successfully undergo their training and establish themselves as members of the FBK team of professionals. We expect the replenishment for our audit and consulting practices this time, too’.
