FBK at the DIRECTUM partners’ forum

IT Consultancy Department team participated in an annual DIRECTUM partners’ forum in St Petersburg.

The Forum organisers and participants focused on the urgent trends in the area of customer needs, new functionalities of DirectumRX for partners, procurement management, intercompany document flow. The vendor also dwelt on the updates of the DIRECTUM products popular in the EDM market.

The FBK team spoke on risks associated with the implementation of DIRECTUM applications and participated in group sessions “Management duels” and “Thinktanking practices” designed for project managers and sales managers.

According to Elena Solomatina, IT Consultancy Leader, the FBK team provided a significant input into the generation of a company-wide sales strategy, which was stressed as a valuable contribution to the discussion. The new framework for collaboration and communication suggested by the Forum organisers facilitated enlarging the participants’ scope, sharing new ideas and best practices.
