FBK Audit and Consulting Group Appoints New Partners

Igor Prutov, Deputy Head of the Valuation and Transaction Advisory Department of the FBK Group, has been appointed as a partner. Igor Churkin, Deputy Head of the Valuation and Transaction Advisory Department, has also been promoted to a partner from an associate partner.  

Igor Prutov has worked in advisory and corporate finance since 1996. He specialises in financial modelling, business planning and valuation, strategy development and market research, operating model optimisation: organisational and business process design, KPIs and incentive programme development. Hundreds of projects have been completed under his supervision for Russian and international companies from various industries — from metals&mining and oil&gas to real estate development and investment funds.

Igor Churkin has worked in valuation and transaction advisory since 2007 and has extensive project management experience in the fields of financial modelling, business, real estate and equipment valuation, analysis of financial and business operations, and business planning. He has contributed to a range of M&A and business valuation training courses at Higher School of Economics and Lomonosov Moscow State University (Faculty of Economics, MSU Business School).
