FBK Audit and Consulting Group Appoints New Partners

Alexander Grigoriev, the Head of the Tax Services Department at FBK Legal, has been promoted to a partner. Igor Churkin, the Deputy Head of the Valuation and Transaction Advisory Department, has been admitted as an associate partner.

The appointment of Alexander Grigoriev is the recognition of his deep expertise and substantial experience. For 18 years, he has represented clients before tax authorities and courts, advised on transition to tax monitoring, assisted during tax control procedures and provided tax consulting and tax accounting methodology services. In addition, Alexander manages software development projects and is an alternative dispute resolution specialist (mediator).

Igor Churkin has worked in valuation and transaction advisory since 2007 and has extensive project management experience in the fields of financial modelling, business, real estate and equipment valuation, analysis of financial and business operations, and business planning. He has contributed to a range of M&A and business valuation training courses at Higher School of Economics and Lomonosov Moscow State University (Faculty of Economics, MSU Business School).
