FBK Company is Consultant for RUSNANO Group on IFRS

On 22 August 2013 the RUSNANO Specialized Bidding Committee summarized the results of the bidding (request for proposals) to render the consulting services to the Association in the preparation of the RUSNANO Group consolidated financial statements.
FBK was announced the winner of the request for proposals.
According to the bidding conditions the FBK specialists of the department for international reporting will take part in the preparation of the reporting documents and render advisory assistance in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards for 2013 and 2014.
RUSNANO Group comprising the RUSNANO JSC and its subsidiaries is engaged in the direct investment of funds in the companies implementing the projects on nanotechnologies and in the specialized investment funds, as well as the development of the innovation infrastructure in the field of nanotechnologies.
