FBK Completed the Automation of Electronic Paper Circulation for CRISTANVAL

Specialists of the FBK Corporate Management System Department have successfully accomplished the project on automation of paper circulation on the basis of SED DIRECTUM for CRISTANVAL.

The project lasted for about half a year and during this process automated were the procedures of electronic approval of agreements and implemented were the modules of “Office”, “Meeting and Conference Management”, “Subject Applications” adjusted to the client’s business processes.

According to Elena Solomatina, the Corporate Management System Department Director, the implementation of the electronic document management system allowed the client to improve business efficiency through transparency and speeding up of the workflow. That was achieved thanks to reducing the terms of document coordination, strengthening of executive discipline, streamlining of workflow and ensuring the regulation of processes.

“In the activities of service companies and our client, in particular, the contractual work is an important business process that is why the regulation and standardization of workflow provides a tangible economic benefit. It can be increased if the project is scaled to other workflow processes,” said Elena Solomatina.
