FBK Completes Transneft Project Audit

FBK has completed a public technology and price audit of a Transneft investment project on expanding the capacity of oil trunk pipelines Usa―Ukhta and Ukhta―Yaroslavl.

Experts from the Investment and Construction Expert Assessment Department evaluated technical solutions of the project from the point of view of their conformity with the best global practices and regulatory requirements.  Furthermore, they analyzed whether the project keeps up with its market value as well as assessed the economic efficiency of its key indicators.

"The FBK expert team confirms that this project is viable and technically feasible. The results of the technology and price audit were presented and defended at the Consumer Council on the Activities of Transneft," said Igor Sadovnikov, head of the FBK Investment and Construction Expert Assessment Department.
