FBK Confirms the Status of a Certified DIRECTUM Training Center for the Third Time

The FBK Corporate Management Systems specialists completed the procedure of an annual mandatory attestation in DIRECTUM. Based on its results the qualification of a “Certified trainer in DIRECTUM” was given to three FBK CMS staff members: Ekaterina Reva, Eleonora Silberman and Ilya Chechil.

According to Elena Solomatina, FBK Corporate Management Systems Director, the presence in the Company of a large group of certified professionals, including three teachers, allows us not only to implement most recent and relevant solutions of the vendor but also to provide the training and certification of those trained in the DIRECTUM solutions.

“If we look at the situation of partnership with DIRECTUM in general, we see that the certified training provides our customers with more comfortable implementation of the system and its efficient use in the future,” says Elena Solomatina.

E. Solomatina noted that cooperation with DIRECTUM in the field of education and advanced training is to the mutual benefit as thanks to conducting of training and workshops FBK continuously improves the level of teaching, and the analysis of the trainees’ questions and expectations helps to interact more efficiently not only with the trainees but with the clients, too, helps to introduce the SED solutions on the DIRECTUM platform more efficiently and quickly.
