FBK Consulting has been appointed as the bondholder representative for the exchange-traded interest-bearing non-convertible uncertificated bonds issued by Business Alliance JSC under its exchange-traded bond programme.
To date, Business Alliance JSC has placed eight series of exchange-traded bonds under the programme, raising a total of 1.9 billion roubles.
