FBK Consulting has been appointed as the bondholder representative for the exchange-traded interest-bearing non-convertible uncertificated bonds issued by RDW Technology LLC under its exchange-traded bond programme.
As of now, RDW Technology LLC has placed two series of exchange-traded bonds under the programme, raising a total of 300 million roubles.
RDW Technology is a Russian computing equipment manufacturer. Since 2015, the company has been producing certified domestic computer hardware under the RDW Computers brand that meets the digital security requirements of state infrastructure.
RDW's product portfolio includes computing and server equipment. Currently, the company offers 106 configurations of its products. All equipment undergoes multi-level quality control and can be supplied with pre-installed operating systems and information security tools.
All RDW products are included in the register of Russian radio-electronic products approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
