FBK CyberSecurity Becomes a Partner of MIEM Real CTF

The final round of MIEM RealCTF, an international cybersecurity competition arranged by the HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE), will take place on 18 and 19 May with the support from FBK CyberSecurity.

300 teams consisting of over 1,400 participants from 25 countries took part in the qualifying round. Only 20 teams were invited to the final round. The best teams will receive valuable prizes from FBK CyberSecurity.

Alexander Chernenko, Head of FBK Cybersecurity, says that CTF is a great opportunity for young specialists to show their worth in information security by inventing out-of-the-box solutions to exploit vulnerabilities. “We support the competition because we think that it is important for the whole industry: young specialists learn basics of cybersecurity, companies find talented and motivated employees and the competition organizers share their practical experience,” he says.
