FBK Grant Thornton has determined the value of one share in KAMAZ PTC being a part of the 100% shares portfolio for the purposes of a potential transaction between shareholders.
According to Head of Valuation Stanislav Novikov, such valuation requires extensive and hard work, which has been fully completed by now.
The valuation report passed the examination at the Russian Society of Appraisers, was agreed upon with relevant agencies and approved by shareholders.
KAMAZ Group is is the largest automobile corporation in the Russian Federation and one of the world's top 20 heavy duty truck producers.
