Secondly, we will develop educational materials, manuals on personal safety which will be handed over the employers for a distribution among the workers. And finally we will hold the cycle of open seminars and lectures in our Economic and Law School which everybody can visit». As Valery Stadolskiy, deputy project manager noted the project was not nearly directed to the training employees of definite enterprises as well as to decreasing the criminality on the whole in country: «The socially responsible employer understands that if he organizes the process of training the personal safety it will do only good both for him and for the society on the whole.
