FBK ELS celebrates its 15th Anniversary

The FBK Economic and Law School has made a long journey since its inception in 2002 to become a Russia’s recognised business educator. In various years, its training sessions were attended by Alrosa and the Central Bank, Gazprom and Sberbank and dozens of other Russian leading entities. The FBK ELS has consistently made it into the top three training centers for professional auditors and accountants. The School has pioneered in a variety of areas of professional studies and offered proprietary training programmes, indeed, unique for the Russian business education.
The FBK ELS was among first centers to provide training in IFRS and GAAP, in international accreditation programmes, including IAB and DipIFR, internal audit and has pioneered in developing well-recognised CIA training programmes in Russia.
The School also actively participates in large-scale multidiscipline projects, including broad-scale training in IFRS as part of migration to the international standards in the banking sector, development of an MBA programme designed to enhance financial literacy in the area of technology transfer commissioned by the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, training in the area of private security under the Russian presidential grant. The FBK ELS also stands out as the official adviser within the national strategic planning programme on developing the National Financial Literacy Strategy.
Over 15 years of its operation the FBK School has extended its audience reach with around 250 largest companies and banks, provided over 2,500 training sessions, attracted over 50,000 business trainees.
