The conference, organised by the Self-Regulatory Organization of Auditors Association Sodruzhestvo, took place in Ryazan on 17–20 June 2026 and became the key industry event of the year for the audit community, bringing together leading industry experts and business figures on a single platform. The event addressed the core directions for the development of audit activities in the context of the Priorities of State Policy in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Auditing for the Medium Term, as defined by the Government of the Russian Federation, and the Self-Regulatory Organization’s Strategy for Promoting the Audit Profession in the Russian Federation through 2030. The participants outlined the industry's trajectory amid digital transformation, the consolidation of the national audit market, and the emergence of the unified audit market within the EAEU. The conference also laid the groundwork for developing common approaches to improving audit quality, strengthening human capital, and reinforcing user confidence in audit outcomes.
