The webinar organised by the FBK group in collaboration with NP Consult focused on accounting, tax and legal considerations of company reorganisation measures.
Corporate practice lawyers of FBK Legal spoke on the ways to determine best appropriate reorganisation practices and outlined key stages of reorganisation. The speakers also summarized most frequent deficiencies associated with the organisation procedure and their implications. NP Consult and FBK experts also dwelt on the rules of drafting a transfer deed for reorganisation purposes and highlighted common mistakes in doing it. The FBK Legal tax experts dwelt on administration and assessment of taxes that the company may face amid reorganisation procedure.
