FBK finalized preparing consolidated financial statements for IDGС Holding

28.10.2011Experts of FBK International Reporting Department successfully completed project in drawing up consolidation financial statements under IFRS for the first six months of 2011 for IDGC Holding.
JSC IDGC Holding was established in 2008 as the result of reorganizing RAO UES of Russia. The entity comprises interregional and regional distribution grid companies (IDGCs/RDGCs), research and development institutes, design and construction institutes, and construction and sales entities.
