FBK Grant Thornton Analyses Pulkovo Tariffs

The Financial Advisory Department has checked whether tariffs applied by the Pulkovo airport are compliant with market practices and whether they can be increased. Our experts compared tariffs for airport services provided by Pulkovo with tariffs of other big Russian airports, analysed financial performance of different airports and calculated break-even tariffs for Pulkovo given the restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. They determined limits for price increases with regard to tariff restrictions and assessed whether it is reasonable to increase tariffs amid the ongoing crisis in the aviation industry.
