Anastasia Terekhina, the Deputy Vice-President for Assurance and Advisory to Financial Institutions, became a partner. This is the recognition of her unique expertise and the clients’ interest in the services that she supervises. At FBK Grant Thornton, she has been a team leader in audits of the financial statements prepared by non-credit and credit financial institutions, and assignments involving the assessment of their financial position, the transition to International Financial Reporting Standards, as well as advisory on the application of these standards. She has a series of publications on that topic, holds ACCA and IFRS Professionals seminars, moderates various events and conferences.
Boris Yatsenko also became a partner. He has over 15 years of experience in advisory and analytical services related to business valuation, valuation of intangible assets, valuation for purchase price allocation purposes, financial modelling, business planning and investment analysis. Previously, he worked for EY and LUKOIL. Boris regularly takes part in international and Russian arbitration procedures as an expert specialising in metal, mining, nuclear, oil and gas industries, ports and infrastructure, banks, insurance and finance companies. The new partner will head the Valuation and Transaction Advisory Department.
