FBK Grant Thornton Completes IFRS 17 Training Session

We have completed the first IFRS 17 training session for non-government pension funds and insurance companies.

FBK Grant Thornton’s and external experts shared with employees of top insurance companies and non-government pension funds, financial and actuarial departments, chief accountants and heads of specialised departments their insights into insurance contract accounting, insurance transaction reporting and required disclosures, application of the general model to measure insurance liabilities and many other things, as well as answered questions from the audience.

All attendees received digital training materials and a completion certificate from FBK School.

A warm welcome and a positive feedback from the audience made us schedule another session for September-October.
