FBK Grant Thornton Finalises a Project for the Russian Ministry of Finance

FBK Grant Thornton has provided consulting services to the Russian Ministry of Finance and the Federal Treasury for enhancement of public internal financial control. 

“Approaches recommended by the firm’s consultants are now applied by the Russian Ministry of Finance and the Federal Treasury and provide for strengthening public internal financial control,” said Irina Dubinina, Director of Public Sector Advisory Department at FBK Grant Thornton.

FBK Grant Thornton has developed draft standards and guidelines for planning of control activities, pre-trial hearing of complaints, control over inter-budget transfers, as well as many others.
