FBK Grant Thornton Participates in the UN Global Compact Network Round Table

FBK Grant Thornton Partner Vladimir Skobarev has taken part in the round table titled “UN Global Compact as Sustainable Development Initiative”. This event has been held in St. Petersburg by the Global Compact Network Association and the Leningrad Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Vladimir Skobarev has given a talk on integration of sustainable development instruments into the strategies of Russian companies. “The discussion has shown that it is not an easy task. However, FBK Grant Thornton is in the position to support companies in development of the sustainable development strategy,” FBK Grant Thornton Partner said.

The event has been also attended by representatives of federal ministries, regional authorities, chambers of commerce and industry of Russia and the Leningrad Region, the Global Compact Association, big business and leading sustainable development experts.
