FBK Grant Thornton has won an open tender to assist Mosmetrostroy in its transition to the tax monitoring regime.
Entities that choose to apply this modern method of enhanced information exchange should provide tax authorities with real-time access to their accounting and tax records. Roman Kenigsberg, the Head of the Internal Audit and Risk Management Services Department at FBK Grant Thornton, says that to transit to the new regime taxpayers need to bring their internal control systems in line with the requirements of the Russian Federal Tax Service.
“By the end of this year, our experts will adjust and, where necessary, prepare internal regulations so that they comply with the standards of tax authorities,” says Roman Kenigsberg. He adds that this assignment will involve the description of internal control goals and objectives, professional, ethical and conduct standards, corporate governance principles, organisational structure and HR policies.
MOSMETROSTROY is a multifunctional building contractor engaged in contractual building activities, including greenfield construction of metro system facilities, underground structures, transport infrastructure, civil and other facilities.
