FBK Grant Thornton to Audit Gazprom Neft

FBK Grant Thornton has won a tender to conduct a statutory audit of the RAS financial statements, the IFRS financial statements and the interim condensed financial statements of Gazprom Neft for 2021.

The firm’s bid was selected as the best in terms of compliance with the client’s requirements. The auditor is to be approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders. 

Gazprom Neft is an oil company, primarily engaged in the exploration and development of oil and gas fields, oil refining, and the production and sale of petroleum products. Gazprom Neft’s corporate structure encompasses more than 70 exploration and production, refining, and retailing enterprises throughout Russia, the CIS and worldwide.
