FBK Grant Thornton to Conduct Construction Audit for ARSIB Group

FBK Grant Thornton has signed an agreement with ARSIB Holding Group to conduct general construction and technological audit, and monthly monitoring of the construction of ARSIB Tower, a multi-functional centre in Tyumen.

Igor Sadovnikov, Director of Investment and Construction Advisory at FBK, says that the building under construction has twelve floors and a basement, and is 200,000 square metres in total area, that is why the work will not be easy.

“Our experts will verify whether the project is in line with regulations, technical rules, construction standards and Russian government technical requirements as the building safety ultimately depends on compliance with these documents,” he said.
