FBK GT About Remote Work Without Electronic Document Management

The Department of Assurance and Advisory to Financial Institutions has arranged a webinar titled “Remote Work Without Electronic Document Management Systems (Organisational Documents: Wordings and Templates).

Manager Maya Savitskaya and Project Manager Natalia Stepanova gave advice to employees and employers based on the relevant regulatory framework. The speakers focused on the specifics of remote work and underlined the importance of accurate supplementary agreements with employees to formalise the working process under the new circumstances. In the end, the experts explained how to return from the remote mode correctly, which internal documents are required for that and how companies can get back to normal.
