According to Stanislav Novikov, a Partner and the Director of Valuation, an estimated value is generally used by shareholders to make strategic decisions to fuel business growth.
“The procedure is rather difficult and time-consuming, so the valuer should be qualified and well-trained. When valuing a business, we take into account all factors that affect the valuation and form our opinion on the market value in accordance with all Russian requirements and standards,” he said.
