On 28 November, Vladimir Skobarev, Partner at FBK and Head of Corporate Governance & Sustainability Services, conducted a seminar dedicated to nature-related disclosures in line with the recommendations of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD). The event brought together professionals from 15 major Russian companies.
The seminar provided participants with a structured breakdown of the key aspects of the TNFD recommendations, including:
- understanding nature-related financial implications;
- core principles and structure of the TNFD framework;
- interoperability with other reporting standards;
- practical tools for initial disclosure steps.
Following the discussion, attendees highlighted the main strengths of the TNFD recommendations—their alignment with GRI and ISSB standards, as well as the availability of supplementary sector-specific guidance.
