FBK is looking for the best: The “Career Days” at the MSU and the Finance University

Staff members of the FBK Personnel Service took part in the “Career Day” at the Lomonosov Moscow State University and the forum of the “Career Track” at the Financial University under the RF Government.
These “career summits” are the venues where the representatives of consulting companies, the employers, and the students of the leading economic higher schools of the country meet.
According to Sergey Kostakov, the head of the FBK Personnel Service, the meetings like the “Career Days” are mutually beneficial – the students have an opportunity to learn more about the employer company and the company – to find new staff members.

FBK traditionally takes part in such gatherings. During the “Career Days” at the MSU and Financial University over 150 applicants’ curricula vitae were collected. The best students and diploma students of those who submitted their applications will be invited for the probation period.
In case of successful probation the applicants will become FBK employees.
